All orders are individually handmade and poured at the time of purchase and shipped between 3-4 working days.
Once payment in full has been cleared, you will be notified via email and your order will be dispatched.
All candles are carefully wrapped and tightly packed before winging their way to you. We use Australia Post and include extra insurance for all our parcels so any damages whilst in transit are covered.
Please make sure the correct address has been entered during checkout, we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Refunds & returns
Please inspect your items on arrival as client satisfaction is our first priority at SusieMak Candles. If you receive a product with a fault not caused by you or the goods are different from those you ordered, we will consider an exchange or refund on the provision the candles are unused and in their original packaging. If your product is chipped or cracked upon receipt, please take photos of the item and contact us immediately.
